Swimmers MUST record availability for each meet:

Log in to the website using the login credentials created during the registration process. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.

Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to see a list of meets for the season.  You can mark your availability for all meets at the start of the season, if preferred, but please remember to update your availability with any changes as the season progresses.

To mark swimmer availability:

  • Click the green MEET ENTRY tab for the desired meet, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
  • For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
    • (undeclared)
    • Attending
    • Not Attending
  • Click Save to record your choices.

Meet entries will be made based on seed times of AVAILABLE swimmers!  If you have not told us you are able to swim, you may not be seeded in an event.


Job Signup

  • When marking swimmer availability for each meet, you will see a message summarizing your family volunteer credits for the season.  Click the link to sign up for available positions. 
  • Alternatively, click the green JOB SIGNUP tab for each meet to sign up for available positions.
  • Click Save Assignments.
  • Click Back to Signup Calendar.
