Water Rats,

We still need two volunteers to serve as deck Marshals to start the meet. Please volunteer.

Friday Pep Rally:

Tonight we have our first pep rally at 6pm following practices, all swimmers and divers from all age groups are welcome to join! Coaches will announce for Little Rats and Water Rats to meet on the deck behind the guard office.

• Theme is “Learn Cheers” & “Decorate Spirit Banners”
• All-Parent sync meeting at 6:15p under pavilion ( expected 10 min )
• Pep Rally meet theme treats will be available! Please bring cash or card to purchase.
  • Blue Lemonade ($1) and Blue Chocolate covered rice krispy treats ($2)!

Time Trials - Saturday 6/7 @ RUTHERFORD ; theme is RFD Spiritwear or Wear Blue

*** Little Rats will not participate in time trials. Little Rat swimmers are welcome to come watch and get a sense of the meet environment!

• 7:50am - Arrive at pool
• 8:00 - 8:20 - Swimmer Warm up
• 9:00 - Meet Start
• Expect your swimmers to swim all strokes if they are close to being legal (coaches' call). Deck entries can occur; however, we want to set swimmers up for success. The list of swimmers and events (psych sheet) will be sent out prior to tonight.
• Support the Snack Shack. All proceeds benefit our pool and swim/dive teams.
• Meet Menu is attached. List of items are: Anita's Breakfast Burritos, Eggo Waffles, Donuts, fruit, and our special this week is "Walking Tacos," ($6) which is taco meat served in a chip bag with all the toppings--they are delicious. We also have our normal Snack Shack menu of drinks and usual sweet and savory snacks. Cash, Apple Pay, Tap to Pay, and cash accepted.
• 50-50 Raffle: flyer is attached. Buy tickets at the snack shack. Buy more, get more. One winner will be drawn to win half of the proceeds raised. Must be present to win. Drawing is after breaststroke events. Proceeds benefit our pool and swim/dive teams.

Volunteers:

• Arrive and report to the pavilion for check-in.
  • Timers, check in with Mike Rupar, our Chief Timer
  • Officials, check in with Leecie Brown, our Chief Judge
  • Marshal brief will be before warmups with Referee
• If you are volunteering on deck (including timers) please wear white top and navy bottoms.
