Welcome to 2023 Rutherford Water Rats Dive team! Practice is right around the corner, I wanted to send you some information. We are excited to welcome back both Coach Julia Wade and Coach Heather Calderon.

- After-School Water Rat Practices (May 30 - June 15)

4:30 pm - 5:15 pm:

5:15 pm - 6:15 pm:

NOTE: There is no practice June 16th for our annual Rutherford End of School Party.

- If you have a friend who wants to dive they are welcome to join us for a practice.

- Morning Practices (begin June 19th)

9:00 am - 10:00 am:

10:00 am - 11:00 am:

- Parents are not allowed on the pool deck during practice. You can be under the pavilion or in the grass area to observe but only the coaches and swimmers are allowed on the deck.

- Picture and Pancake Breakfast June 23rd, more information to come.

- If you have any questions, please email me at [email protected] or come talk to me during practice. Any questions you have should come to me, please do not approach the coaches.
