Good afternoon RFD Families,

Hope you all are having a fantastic Friday! This is just a reminder that tonight we will be having our American Out pep rally, so please have your Water Rats down at the pool by 6:00 this evening in all of their red, white, and blue for some surprise activities. 

In honor of our last away meet of the season, we will also be having a Caravan Party tomorrow morning! Before departing for our meet against Annandale (7530 Little River Turnpike Annandale, VA 22003) we will be meeting at the pool at 7:30 in the morning for car decorating, face painting, music and pre-meet snacks. We will then leave by 7:50 for the meet, so I hope to see all of your swimmers down at the pool tomorrow morning for some fun!

Last, but certainly not least, I would like to announce that the RFD Boys Mixed Age Relay has qualified for All Star Relays! A HUGE congratulations to the team of Kai Sanchez, Roman Braswell, Tate Hoffman, and Aiken Do for swimming their hearts out this past Wednesday at Relay Carnival and going 1:55.51, placing them in the top 6 in all of NVSL. Make sure to congratulate the boys if you see them around and wish them luck as they will be competing this upcoming Wednesday at the All Star Relay Carnival!
