Good evening RFD Families,

Hope this email finds you all well! In regards to practices for tomorrow and Friday the 5th, we have changed the schedule a little. THERE WILL BE NO PRACTICE TOMORROW (JULY 4TH). Instead, we will be having TWO practices on Friday, June 5th, with the schedule as following:

9-10 AM: 13-18 year old Water Rats

10-11 AM: 12 and Under Water Rats

We will also be having our Superhero Banner Making Pep Rally on Friday evening at 6 PM down at the pool. We will be making more banners to hang around the pool during A Meets, so we are asking for donations of old white bed sheets that we can use to make banners out of. If you have any old sheets, please send them with your swimmers to practice on Friday.
