Parents,

Please see the attached documents. NVSL requires  all divers  to fill out the forms and sign them before our first meet. Please print out these documents and bring them signed to practice tomorrow so that we can send them to NVSL. These need to be filled out for anyone who gets on our board, even if the diver does not participate In a meet.

I will be at tomorrow’s practice and can answer any questions. Please let me know if you have any issues.
