Good afternoon RFD Families!

Happy Friday! I hope all your swimmers enjoyed our special swim clinics today because the coaches from FISH had a lot of good techniques that they brought to RFD. This email is a reminder that tonight's Pep Rally start at 6:00 at the pool. We will be making RFD braceletes and keychains for swim bags as well as playing some fun games to get ready for our meet tomorrow. It is also going to be a Hawaiian Themed Pep Rally tonight so make sure all swimmers and divers come in any and all the tropical gear that they have!

After the Pep Rally tonight, a reminder that PLEASE do not have any swimmers that are competing in the meet tomorrow morning be in the pool during or after the Pep Rally. Please try to have all swimmers home directly after the Pep Rally as well because it is going to be a really close meet, so we want all the energy and rest that we can get for tomorrow! 

We will also be having our team caravan to Cottontail Swim & Racquet Club tomorrow morning (Address listed below).

We will meet down at RFD around 7:35 tomorrow morning and depart by 7:50 for warm ups which are at 8:20. If you will not be able to partake in the caravan tomorrow, please have your swimmer at the pool no later than 8:10 tomorrow morning.
