Good Afternoon RFD Families! 

Hope you all are having a great Tuesday! This email is to let you all know that this week there is going to be some changes in the normal practice schedule. 

Due to Relay Carnival, tomorrow we will have practice ONLY FOR RELAY SWIMMERS. If your swimmer is an 11-18 year old they will have practice from 9-10 AM tomorrow morning. All 10 and Unders will be practicing from 10-11 AM. Again these practices are for Relay swimmers only. Your swimmer was notified this morning about the events that they are swimming so check with them to see if they will be attending practice or not.

On Friday, the coaches from FISH will be visiting to host swim clinics from 9-10 AM and 10-11 AM. If your swimmer is 11-18 years old they will attend the first clinic, and 10 and Unders will be attending the second clinic.

If you have any questions or concerns about these changes please let me know, and make sure to rest up your swimmers for the big meet tomorrow!
