Hello RFD Families and Happy 4th!

Hope you all have been having a safe and fun holiday! Due to inclement weather scheduled for Friday, we will be having our banner decorating Pep Rally TOMORROW at the pool starting at 6:00. We will be decorating bed sheets with fabric paint to hang around the pool for our home meet this weekend, so make sure your swimmer comes ready to have some fun!!! Since there will be paint involved, it is advised for your swimmer to wear clothes that are okay to get dirty.
